Model Making Assignment: The Project Brief

This is a diagnostic project to evaluate your model building skills. Use the paper model plan distributed in class and construct three versions of the model as described in the brief.

  • Build the first model out of card-stock paper. Use white glue to assemble the model.

  • Build the second and third model entirely out of one of the following materials with an appropriate adhesive or another fastening material.

       --Chipboard

       --Foam Board

       --Balsa or Bass Wood

       --Corrugated Cardboard

       --Plastic

       --Printed with small CNC machine
