Design a house using the rules of thumb; identify and use key aspects of the PLP overlay at the Oakdale Site. Develop a prototype detached dwelling unit with two bedrooms whose maximum size will not exceed 1,500 square feet. Assume that the unit will be placed on 25 lots that will be developed later.

Identify no less than 10 rules of thumb for design considerations specific to this neighborhood without repetition.

Include a four page brief describing the solution. List the rules of thumb that your solutions use. Describe the reason for your proposed solution, responding to each of the minimum requirements.
