Semester Project

A developer has approached a non-profit organization to purchase its building so the property can be combined with an adjacent property to construct three to six 3-bedroom live-work units in a downtown hamlet in the Town of Oyster Bay (544 Broadway and 550 Broadway). The developer will relocate the non-profit organization to an existing building in the Town of Hempstead, and the building to conform to the existing facility program of the non-profit organization (890 Carman Av. East Meadow).
